Bookstore Giant, Dymocks also specialise in DVDs, Blu Ray, CDs, E-books and merchandise. With 65 stores in Australia and many stores covering New Zealand and Hong Kong.
Founder William Dymock founded the business in 1879 and is one of the biggest book stores in Australia.
Now we’re here to discuss Dymock and their return policy. They don’t make it very clear on their website and when you do find it they’ve only reassured us with a short article.
Dymocks do offer change of mind only provided that the goods are returned within 60 days, Unused, in original condition and you can show proof of purchase with a receipt unless the goods fall under one of the categories below.

Will they replace my faulty item?
Yes, Dymocks being an Australian business will obey the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and will replace or refund items that are faulty, unsafe or do not match their description, With proof of purchase.
Purchased goods with AfterPay?
All items purchased with AfterPay will need to be returned to the original store of purchase.
