ASOS Return Policy – What You Need to Know

ASOS Return Policy is what we’ll be going over today. ASOS plc is a British online fashion and cosmetic retailer. Founded in 2000 in which it was primarily aged at young adults. Turning over 2.573 billion GBP in 2019, This online retailer is a real player in the market.

ASOS Christmas Returns

Returns policy has been extended for Christmas 2020, All orders placed from 1 November 2020 – 24 December 2020 can be returned all the way up till 31 January 2021.

Orders received after the 31st of January 2021 will receive a refund in the form of a gift voucher.

Change of Mind Returns

If the item is still in original conditions, ASOS will accept returns obligation free. All Items received within 28 Days of initial delivery date will be entitled to money back straight to their original payment method.

Orders after 29 and before 45 days of the item being delivered to you will get a ASOS gift voucher to spend in store.

Original Condition Meaning

  • Face + Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact
  • Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken
  • Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken
  • Pierced jewellery if the seal has been tampered with or is broken.

Want to exchange an item?

We’re no longer offering free exchanges to UK customers. All returned items will be refunded once they’ve been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
